Bread Machine Focaccia

1 1/8 cups lukewarm water
1 Tblsp. olive oil
1 Tblsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. fast-acting yeast

TOPPING
1 Tblsp. olive oil
1 - 2 cloves garlic, minced or slivered
2 - 4 Tblsp. fresh rosemary (I used dehydrated, crushed)
1/2 tsp. coarse salt

Add all ingredients to bread machine pan in the order specified by your manufacturer. Use the dough cycle to knead and allow it to rise once, not over a hour. Remove the dough from the machine and place on greased pizza pan or baking sheet. Hand pat into a circle of about 10 inches. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rise in a warm, draft-free location for about 30 minutes. Heat over 400°. Prepare topping ingredients and set aside.

After dough has risen 30 minutes, brush with olive oil. Press garlic and rosemary deeply into dough and sprinkle dough with salt. (I also sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese). Bake 20 minutes until golden.
