Bread Machine Rye for ABM


1 cup water, lukewarm
Plus
2 tablespoons water, lukewarm
3 tablespoons canola oil
1 tablespoon molasses
1 cup rye flour, dark
2 cups bread flour, unbleached
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar, * see note
1 1/2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
1 teaspoon allspice
1 1/2 teaspoons active yeast
1 1/2 tablespoons caraway seed, (optional)

Dump everything into bread machine following machine directions. Put on whole wheat setting.

Per serving: 2044 Calories (kcal); 51g Total Fat; (21% calories from fat); 57g Protein; 350g Carbohydrate; 1mg Cholesterol; 1130mg Sodium
Food Exchanges: 19 1/2 Grain (Starch); 1/2 Lean Meat; 1 Vegetable; 0 Fruit; 9 Fat; 3 1/2 Other Carbohydrates
