Chocolate Bread 2 for ABM


1 C Milk
3 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Vanilla
4 tsp Cocoa Powder, unsweetened
1 Egg
3/4 tsp Salt
1 tablespoon Butter
1 tsp Yeast
3 C Flour
2/3 C Semisweet Chocolate Pieces

Basic Setting

Mexican Chocolate Bread:
Simply add 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon to the flour.
