Chocolate Chip Bread for ABM/Oven
1 pk active dry yeast
3 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 tablespoons soft butter or margarine
1 egg
1 cup warm milk
1/4 cup water
1 cup chocolate chips (6-oz pk)
Place all ingredients except chocolate chips into the pan in the order listed, select white bread and push "Start". When the machine "beeps" 5 minutes from the end of the second kneading, add the chocolate chips.
All ingredients should be at room temperature. This can be mixed on manual of the bread machine. After Second kneading, remove dough from machine, divide into to equal portions and place in small loaf pans. Cover and let rise to double, about 45 min to 1 hour. Bake at 350 f. for 35-40 min.
