Corn Chilies Cheese Bread for ABM


1 Pound Loaf:
1/2 teaspoon active dry yeast
2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1/3 teaspoon salt
1-1/3 teaspoons sugar
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/3 cup whole-kernel corn, drained
2 teaspoons canned chopped green chilies
1/3 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 cup water

1-1/2 Pound Loaf:
1 pk active dry yeast
3 cups bread flour
3/4 cup yellow corn meal
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup whole-kernel corn, drained
1 tablespoon canned chopped green chillies
1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1-1/4 cups water

Follow your ABM mfg.'s directions for preparation of this type of bread.
