Cranberry Bread with Orange Glaze for ABM


1 tablespoon butter or margarine
2 tablespoons powdered milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup water, 85-105 degrees F.
1 teaspoon fresh grated orange rind, finely diced
1-1/2 tablespoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2-1/2 cups bread flour
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Follow your ABM mfg.'s directions for preparation of this type of bread.

Orange GLAZE

2 teaspoons fresh grated orange rind, finely diced
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon fresh orange juice

Glaze can be thickened or thinned as desired. Glaze bread while still warm.
