English Barley Bread for ABM


2-pound loaf:
3/4 cup water
2/3 cup milk
1 large egg
1/4 cup molasses or honey
4 cups bread flour
2/3 cup barley flour
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast

1-pound loaf:

1/2 tablespoon active dry yeast
