Ginger Bread for ABM


1-1/2 lb loaf

3/4 cup Milk
3 tablespoon Molasses
1 Lg Egg
2 tablespoon Butter
3/4 tsp Salt
3 cups Bread Flour
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
2 tsp Active Dry Yeast

Place all ingredients in bread machine as suggested by manufacturer. Use the basic/white cycle, and light color setting. It's especially good with honey.
