Greek Isle Bread for ABM
3/4 cup warm water
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
2 tablespoons black pitted olives, chopped
1/4 cup feta cheese, freshly grated
2 tablespoons cucumber, pureed* see note
3 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon non-fat dry milk
1-1/2 tablespoons sugar
1-1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, or more as needed
3/4 teaspoon ground basil
3/4 teaspoon dill weed
3/4 teaspoon active dry yeast
* cucumber should be peeled, sliced lengthwise, seeded and then pureed.
Additional NOTE:
If the feta cheese is packed in water, drain well. Finely chop the black olives.
Follow your ABM mfg.'s directions for preparation of this type of bread.
