Irish Soda Bread 1 for ABM
Yield: 12 Servings
SMALL CAPACITY MACHINE
1/2 c Water
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1 tablespoon Caraway seeds
1 1/2 c Bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoon Buttermilk powder
1 teaspoon Yeast
1/4 c Raisins
MEDIUM CAPACITY MACHINE
2/3 c Water
1 1/4 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 1/3 tablespoon Sugar
2/3 teaspoon Salt
1/3 teaspoon Baking soda
1 1/3 teaspoon Caraway seeds
2 c Bread flour
2 tablespoon Buttermilk powder
1 1/2 teaspoon Yeast
1/3 c Raisins
LARGE CAPACITY MACHINE
1 c Water
2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
2 teaspoon Caraway seeds
3 c Bread flour
3 tablespoon Buttermilk powder
2 1/2 teaspoon Yeast
1/2 c Raisins
Put all ingredients except raisins into breadmaker. Press start. Add raisins after first kneading.
