Irish Soda Bread 2 for ABM (multi-recipe)
1 Pound Loaf:
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1-1/2 cups bread flour
1-1/2 tablespoon buttermilk powder
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
Optional:
1/4 cup raisins
1-1/2 Pound Loaf:
1/3 cup water
1-1/4 tablespoons margarine or butter
1-1/3 tablespoons sugar
2/3 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon baking soda
1-1/3 teaspoons caraway seeds
2 cups bread flour
2 tablespoons buttermilk powder
1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Optional:
1/3 cup raisins
