Makes a 2 lb loaf:

3 teaspoon yeast
1-1/3 cup oats
4 cups white flour
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
7 teaspoon maple syrup
4 teaspoon oil
1 1/2 cups water

Put in pan according to machine manual. Set for regular loaf.
