Yield: 14 Servings

1 pk Yeast
1 c rye flour
2 tablespoon gluten
3 c bread flour
2 tablespoon buttermilk powder
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon butter
1-1/2 tablespoon caraway seeds
1-1/2 c water

This makes a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
