No Gluten Bread (Mock Rye) for ABM
1-1/2 cups brown rice flour
1/2 cup rice bran
1/2 cup tapioca flour
1/2 cup potato starch flour
1 tablespoon xantham (or guar) gum
1 tablespoon caraway seeds
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup dry milk powder
1 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 eggs
3 tablespoons oil
1 tablespoon fruit sweet
2 tablespoons molasses
1-1/2 cups plus 2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon vinegar
Follow your ABM mfg.'s directions for preparation of this type of bread.
