Parmesan Corn Bread for 16 for ABM

Boldly-flavored Parmesan cheese and full-flavored herbs provide an easy update to this all-American classic.

1 cup water
2 teaspoons olive oil or cooking oil
2-3/4 cups bread flour
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon dried basil, crushed, or 2 teaspoons snipped fresh basil
1 teaspoon active dry yeast or bread machine yeast

Add the ingredients to the bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions. Select the basic white bread cycle.

Makes 16 servings.

Nutrition facts per serving: 114 calories, 2 g total fat, 0 g saturated fat, 1 mg cholesterol, 131 mg sodium, 21 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 4 g protein.
