Sourdough Raisin Bread for ABM (multi-recipe)


1-Pound Loaf:
3/4 cup starter
1/4 cup milk
1-1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine
2 tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons salt
2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon active dry yeast
1/2 cup raisins

1-1/2-Pound Loaf:
1 cup starter
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon salt
3 cups bread flour
1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2/3 cup raisins
