Sweet Potato Orange Raisin Bread for ABM


Makes l-1/2 Pound Loaf:
1 cup orange juice
1-1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup mashed sweet potato
3 cups bread flour
3/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup raisins

Follow your ABM mfg.'s directions for preparation of this type of bread.
