Sweet Potato Walnut Bread for ABM/Oven


2 1/4 teaspoon yeast
3 C Bread flour
4 tablespoon Rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 large pinches nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoon Brown sugar
3 tablespoon canned milk (whole, evaporated)
1 tablespoon oil (veg oil)
2 tablespoon butter or marg
3/4 C Sweet Potatoes (cooked + mashed)
3/4 C Water (-3 Tablespoons for the milk added above)
2/3 C Walnuts (planters?)

I mix this in the bread machine and when the ABM keads it for the last time I toss it in a glass bread pan, raise it and cook at 375 for 25+-mins....
