1/2 tablespoon Applesauce (Butter) 1/2 T
1 1/2 tablespoon Molasses 1 T
10 oz Water 7 oz.
1/4 c Rolled oats 2 1/2 T
1/4 c Cornmeal 2 1/2 T
1/4 c Whole wheat flour 2 1/2 T
