Zucchini Wheat Bread for ABM

1 pound loaf:
1/2 cup zucchini, shredded
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoons honey
2/3 teaspoon salt
2/3 teaspoon grated orange peel
2-1/2 teaspoons wheat germ
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 pound loaf:
3/4 cup zucchini, shredded
3/4 cup water
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon grated orange peel
1/4 cup wheat germ
1-1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1-1/2 cups bread flour
1-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
2 pound loaf:
1 cup zucchini, shredded
1 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
1-1/3 teaspoons salt
1-1/3 teaspoons grated orange peel
5 tablespoons wheat germ
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups bread flour
2-1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast
