Bread Pudding (easy)


8 slices of bread (cubes)
1 Cup sugar
3 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 Cup milk
1 tsp butter
1 Cup raisins (optional)

Place bread in a casserole dish. Mix together the rest of the ingredients. Add raisins. Pour over bread and stir until coated. Bake at 350* F 45-60 min. Serve with ice cream, whipped cream or syrup.
