Buttery French Toast


4 pcs of toast with crust removed
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup margarine or butter
honey

Cinnamon Sugar:
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon sugar

Mix cinnamon and sugar.

Mix egg, milk, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl with a fork. Melt the margarine in a pan large enough for all 4 slices of toast. Dip each slice of toast into the egg mixture. Fry in the pan until golden and crunchy. Remove from pan and sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture.

Drizzle with just a little bit of honey before serving.
