Chiffon Pancakes


3 tablespoons soft margarine
1-1/2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
3/4 tablespoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk
3 teaspoons baking powder

Combine margarine and sugar. Add egg and blend well. Sift baking powder, flour and salt together. Stir in margarine mixture alternately with milk, mixing only until ingredients are blended. Batter should be lumpy.
