Oatmeal Pancakes 2


1 1/2 cups oatmeal
2 cup buttermilk
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Mix oats with buttermilk. Add eggs and dry ingredients. Fry on lightly greased griddle until edges are cooked and center bubbles. Turn and brown.
