White Chocolate Brownies
7 oz. white chocolate
3/4 tsp. unsalted butter
6 eggs
3 cup sugar
2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Melt chocolate over warm water. Melt butter. Let both cool. Beat eggs and sugar together. Stir in almond extract, chocolate and butter. Fold in flour, salt and walnuts. Blend thoroughly. Pour into a buttered 12 x 18-inch baking pan and bake in a preheated 325 degrees oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
