Lemon Butter 2 (Buerre De Citron)


finely grated rind of 1 lemon
7 oz butter
salt
white pepper

Add finely gretaed lemon rind to butter. Season with salt and pepper. Blend well.

Use as a garnish for cold hors-d'oeuvre.
