Parsley Butter

2 Tablespoons Chopped Parsley Leaves
1 Stick Softened Butter
1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice

Add parsley to softened butter and lemon juice. Use over any hot vegetable. Store in a covered dish in refrigerator.
