Blueberry Streusel Coffee Cake
Serving Size : 9
2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup butter or margarine, cold
Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl. Add butter, egg and milk; beat well. Fold in blueberries. Spread into a greased 9 inch x 9 inch baking pan. In another bowl combine sugar and flour; cut in butter with a pastery blender until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake at 375-degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
