Drumstick Cake
Serving Size : 16
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup melted butter
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
4 large eggs
2 cups Cool Whip.
chocolate syrup
chopped peanuts
Combine graham cracker crumbs & butter. Press into a 9 x 13 pan. Beat cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, vanilla & eggs together until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip & pour over crust. Pour chocolate syrup over the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle chopped peanuts over top. Freeze until ready to serve.
NOTE:
Original recipe used 1 1/2 cups crumbs & 1/2 cup chopped peanuts for crust One cup whipping cream, whipped was used for instead of Cool Whip. I use lowfat cream cheese & replace the eggs with pasteurized Egg Beaters.
