Honey Bun Cake
Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix
1/2 cup sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs
1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
GLAZE
1 cup confectioners' sugar
4 tablespoons milk
To make cake:
Mix together cake mix, sugar, oil, eggs and sour cream. Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured 9-by-13-inch pan. Combine the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of the mixture over the batter, then add the rest of batter and top with remaining sugar mixture. Take a knife and swirl the sugar-cinnamon mixture back and forth.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until cake tests done. Prepare the glaze while cake bakes.
GLAZE
Mix together confectioners' sugar and milk. After removing cake from oven and while it is still warm, pour the glaze over it.
