Lemon Supreme Bundt Cake
1 Lemon Supreme Cake Mix
1 Pkg (3 oz.) Lemon Instant pudding
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
zest of 1/2 lemon
water and lemon juice to equal 1 cup liquid
2 oz. poppy seeds soaked and drained (optional)
2 teaspoon Vanilla
Mix well in large bowl scraping often. Place in greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake 350* oven for 45 minutes approx. (or until toothpick comes out clean and dry)
Drizzle
When cake is completely cool, remove from pan and mix:
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tablespoon butter, softened
zest and juice of 1/2 lemon
