Raw Apple Cake


CAKE
4 Cups apple, peeled and diced
2 Cups sugar
2 Cups nuts, chopped
1/2 Cup oil
2 eggs, beaten
2 Teaspoons vanilla
2 Cups flour
2 Teaspoons baking soda
2 Teaspoons cinnamon
1 Teaspoon salt

GLAZE
2 tablespoon Butter
1/2 C Sugar
2 tablespoon Cream
1 teaspoon Corn Syrup
Dash Salt

Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan.

Bake at 350 deg. over for 50-60 min in a 9x13 pan.

GLAZE
Bring to boil. Cool and spread over warm cake.
