Triple Chocolate Cake 3


1/2 Cup Butter (melted) [or margarine]
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
3 tablespoon Flour
3 eggs (beaten)
pinch salt
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Buttermilk
Nutmeg to sprinkle on top (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 deg. F. Grease bundt pan and dust with cocoa. Place all ingredients except chips in large bowl and beat 2 minutes with mixer on medium speed. Mix in the chocolate chips by hand.

Pour into prepared pan. Bake 50-55 minutes or until cake tests done. Let cool on rack for at least 10 minutes before inverting onto a plate. Drizzle with glaze made of 1 C. powdered sugar, 3 tablespoon milk and 1 tsp. almond extract.
