Upside Down German Chocolate Cake
1 German chocolate cake mix
1 cup pecan pieces
1 cup coconut
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Make cake mix according to package directions. Sprinkle pecans and coconut in bottom of ungreased 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Meanwhile, put butter and cream cheese in microwave bowl. Heat in microwave until butter is melted, mix in powdered sugar. Pour cake mix over nuts and coconut. Drizzle cream cheese mixture over the top of cake batter. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes.
