Watergate Cake with Cover Up Frosting


1 box plain white cake mix
1-3 oz. pkg. instant pistachio pudding
3/4 cup salad oil
3 eggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup Seven-Up
1/2 cup coconut

COVER UP FROSTING
1 pkg. Dream Whip or 1 cup Cool Whip
1 1/2 cup milk
1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/2 cup coconut

Mix cake ingredients and beat well. bake in a 9x13 pan for 40 to 45 min. at 350 F.

FROSTING
Beat all ingredients until thick and spread on cake. Sprinkle with nuts and coconut, mixed together
