Weber's Inn Carrot Cake


2 cup Sugar
2 cup Flour
2 tsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Salt
1 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
4 Eggs
3 cup grated Carrots

FROSTING
1 lb. Confectioners Sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese
1 stick Butter
1 tsp. clear Vanilla

NOTE: Weber's Inn is located in Ann Arbor, MI.

Mix dry ingredients first, then add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

FROSTING
Combine all icing ingredients until smooth and spread on a cooled cake.
