Candy Strawberries


2 3-oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin (or 6-oz. pkg)
3/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flaked coconut
Green tinted sugar
Red tinted sugar

Mix together the strawberry gelatin, pecans, coconut, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla. Chill the mixture one hour, then roll and shape into berries, Dip stem end in green sugar, then roll in red sugar. Stick 1/2 toothpick (dyed in green food coloring) into stem end. Chill or freeze.
