Franks and Cheese Casserole


1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups shredded cheese
4 cups cooked noodles
2 cups sliced frankfurters

Simmer milk and salt on low heat to just below the boiling point. Add cheese and stir until melted. Pour over cooked noodles and franks in a buttered 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings
