Green Bean and Beef Casserole
1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
salt and pepper, to taste
1 quart green beans
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Velveeta cheese (you can use as much as you would like)
Brown ground beef and onion until beef is browned and onion is tender; drain. Add salt, pepper, and soup. Mix and heat well. Layer green beans, cheese, and hamburger mixture in casserole dish ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
