Tuna Crunch Casserole


4 medium potatoes, cut into 1/2" cubes
2 6 oz. cans tuna, drained
1 cup frozen peas
1/3 cup sliced green onions
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips

Serving Size : 4

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place potatoes in a shallow 1 1/2 to 2-quart microwave-safe dish; cover with plastic wrap, vent, and microwave on HIGH 8 minutes or until just tender. Mix in tuna, peas, onions, soup, and milk. Season with pepper. Spoon into a shallow 2-quart baking dish. Sprinkle with potato chips. Bake 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
