Chocolate Chip Cheesecake


1 graham cracker pie crust
1-8oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1/3 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup sour cream (1/2 pt.)
1-8oz. container cool whip
1 cup (6oz.) mini chocolate chips
Extra chips for garnish

Blend all ingredients well and spoon into pie crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with extra chocolate chips. Fat Free or Reduced Fat ingredients may be substituted and work quite well.
