2 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 (12 oz.) pkg. (2 cup.) Nestle Little Bits semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2/3 cup butter, melted (cooled at room temperature)
1/2 cup milk
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
4 tsp. instant coffee
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cup heavy cream, whipped

In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, 1 cup Nestle Little Bits semi-sweet chocolate and butter; mix well. Pat into 9-inch spring-form pan, covering bottom and 2 1/2-inches up sides; set aside. In saucepan, combine milk and freeze-dried coffee; sprinkle gelatin on top. Set aside for 1 minute. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until creamy. Beat in sweetened condensed milk and gelatin mixture. Fold in remaining 1 cup Nestle Little Bits semi-sweet chocolate and whipped cream; pour into prepared pan. Chill.
