Chicken Fingers with Red Plum Sauce


6 chicken breast, boned and skinned
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tablespoon Cavender's Greek seasoning
soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp.pepper
1 tsp. paprika
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 cup buttermilk
Plum sauce
1/4 cup butter

Cut chicken into 1/2 inch strips and combine all other ingredients except plum sauce, sesame seeds, butter, and bread crumbs. Mix the chicken with liquid mixture, mixing well until chicken is well coated. Cover and refrigerate overnight; drain chicken toss in 4 cups soft bread crumbs and 1/2 cup sesame seeds. Place in 2 greased casseroles; melt 1/4 cup butter and 1/4 cup shortening together, brush on chicken strips and bake in 350 oven for 35-40 minutes. Serve with Plum sauce.

Plum Sauce:
1 1/2 cup red plum jam
1 1/2 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 1/2 tablespoon horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Over low heat, melt the plum jam and add the other ingredients. Stir until well blended. Serve with chicken fingers.
