Chicken or Beef Strogonoff

1 1/2 lbs. chicken or beef strips
4 tablespoon butter
1/2 thinly sliced onion
1 crushed garlic cloves
1 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 cups water
1 chicken or beef bouillon cube
8 oz. sour cream
Pepper
Dill seed

Saute onion and garlic and mushrooms in butter, until onion is caramelized. Remove from pan and set aside. In same skillet cook 2 tablespoon butter and meat strips. Add pepper and dill seed. Then add bouillon cube and 1/2 cup water. Continue cooking until moisture has gone and beef/chicken is coated nicely. Lower heat and add sour cream. Stir in onions, garlic and mushrooms. Heat thoroughly.
