Serving Size : 3

3 chicken breast halves with skin and bone, (3 to 4)
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon parsley flakes

Get your boiler heated up. Place the chicken breasts in baking dish and broil about 5 inches from heat from bottom of breasts for 5 minutes. Flip them over and broil tops for 5 minutes. Pull from oven.

Re-set oven for 400 degrees and let come down to temperature. As this is happening, mix the remaining ingredients in a bowl using a wire whisk. You want a "sour cream type" texture. Add more cream if necessary.

Paint breasts with mixture and put in oven until done (about 30 to 40 minutes depending on size of breasts)
