Colonel Sanders Style Chicken


Mix together these spices:

2 tablespoon paprika
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. basil
1 tablespoon onion salt
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. marjoram
1 tsp. allspice

Enough to coat 4 chickens.

3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
chicken cut into pieces

For one best-of-fryer meal, add 3 tablespoon of mix to 3/4 cup flour and 1 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar. Arrange coated pieces on an oven pan, brush with melted butter or margarine. Bake 1 hr, 350 deg F.
