Crockpot Apricot Chicken


5-6 lbs chicken thighs (take off skins)
1 envelope onion soup mix
1 bottle Russian dressing
1/2 jar apricot jam

Mix all ingredients together in crockpot, then add chicken. Be sure chicken is covered with mixture. 2 hours on high, rest of day on low. Serve over rice.
