Deviled Drumsticks


2 tablespoon Oil
1/2 cup Grainy Mustard
2 tablespoon Fresh Dill
Salt
Pepper
3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese; grated
1/4 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
12 Chicken Drumsticks

Yield: 4 Servings

Heat the oven to 375F. Coat the bottom of a large baking dish with 1 tablespoon oil. Combine the mustard, dill, salt and pepper. Combine the cheese and bread crumbs. Coat the drumsticks with the mustard mixture and then roll in the cheese mixture. Put them in the baking dish and drizzle with 1 tablespoon remaining oil. Cook the chicken in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 40 minutes.

These drumsticks are good served with mashed potatoes and a fresh vegetable.

Per Serving: 520 calories, 204 g protein, 124 g fat, 28 g carbohydrate, 765 mg sodium.
