Easy Crockpot Purple Pepper Potted Poultry


3 1/2 lb chicken, cut up (8 pieces)
1 can tomato sauce
1 purple sweet pepper (red or green will work)
1 onion, cut into small slices
10 cloves garlic
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
6 mushrooms

Place all ingredients into a pot, cover, cook for 2 hours. This works well in a crockpot too, 8 hours on low heat.

Serves 4.
