Lemon Rosemary Grilled Chicken


10 chicken thighs

MARINADE
juice of 10 lemons
zest of 2 lemons
3 garlic cloves
4 sprigs of rosemary
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup olive oil

Combine marinade ingredients in a saucepan and heat to a boil. Remove from the heat and cool. Pour over the chicken thighs and marinade overnight. Grill thighs and serve, or grill, refrigerate and serve cold.

Serves 4 to 6.
